IN PERSON PAYMENTS

  • You can visit our office Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Our administrative office is located at 704 Ross Rd. Columbia, SC 29223.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • A convenience fee of $2.45 will apply for all credit card payments.

AUTOMATED PHONE PAYMENTS

  • Customers can now pay bills over the phone via our automated phone payment system.
  • Please call (803) 728-3286 in order to make a payment.
  • Customers will need their seven digit account number and zip code in order to process payment.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and electronic checks are accepted through the automated system.

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT

  • We offer bank drafts from your checking account.
  • We draft accounts the first month of the quarter, on the last business day.
  • If you would like to sign up, please fill out the form below and return to our office with a voided check.
  • You can email the form to smiller@ercpsd.net , fax it to us at (803) 736-5399 or mail it to the office.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Convenience fees are charged by a third party and are subject to increase at any time.
  • A late fee of 10% will be charged to your account if not paid by due date.
  • ERCPSD is not responsible for misdirected mail or delays due to postal service.
  • An account may be deemed a "Cash Only" account at any time.
  • If disconnection of service occurs, an additional $300.00 re-connection fee will be charged to your bill which MUST be paid in full before service is re-established.
