OUR MISSION
The District was established in order to eliminate the use of septic tanks and area systems, and to collect and treat sewage in a single-well governed and managed facility. The object was to eliminate extraneous discharges as much as possible so as to provide and maintain a high water quality for the residents of East Richland County, and especially for those around the many recreational lakes.
